Everything we have received from God is a gift. Everything we have received from God is an investment. Among what we have received are faith, forgiveness, grace, self-control, joy, peace, new life.
If you have received faith from God, a revelation from him, share that faith with another who so need it at this hour.
If you have received forgiveness from God, share that forgiveness with another to show them how liberated you feel that God forgave you your sins.
If you have received grace from God, share graceful words with another to build them up, and enlighten them and straighten his feeble knees, just as God had done for you by his Spirit living in your heart.
If you have received joy from God, get with another and share that joy to reflect the smiling face of Christ unto that spirit who is filled with despair.
If you have received peace from God, share such a peace with another who cannot tell right from wrong at this moment.
If you have received the new life from God, share that life with one who feels exhausted with the demands of his earthly life. Show him what it’s like to be free, show him who sets you free: God’s spirit through Jesus, your Lord.
“Our people must learn to devote themselves to doing what is good, in order to provide for urgent needs and not live unproductive lives.” (Titus 3:14)
Jesus is the well of the living water, the Holy Spirit.
