God first demonstrated fear to mankind when…” He drove the man out; and at the east of the garden of Eden He stationed the cherubim and the flaming sword which turned every direction to guard the way to the tree of life.” (Genesis 3:24)
“But He demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Since we have now been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from God’s wrath through him!” (Romans 5:8-9)
Jesus is the tree of Life. God is the gardener. The cross is the way to Jesus. Access to the tree of life is now opened to all, because of the blood of Jesus shed on the cross.
“God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people’s sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation.” (2 Corinthians 5:19)
Because of Jesus, we can now come back to God without any fear. This is why Jesus is the way.
Jesus is the well of the living water, the Holy Spirit.
